AI-assistant
Ask your platform. Get answers from your own data.
Brokerpilot AI Assistant answers questions about the platform and about your real trading data in plain language. No searching through admin sections, no manual exports.
Intelligent Risk Management & Dealing Automation, built for multi-asset retail brokers.
Example conversation (illustration with fictional data)
You: Show all accounts in group real-usd-std with margin level below 150%.

One chat, two jobs: look it up in the docs, or look it up in your data
The assistant switches between a reference to the official documentation and an analyst of live platform data. You ask in the same window either way.
Questions about the platform
Answers come strictly from the official Brokerpilot documentation, with the section named. If the documentation has no answer, the assistant says so and does not invent one.
- How a feature works and how to set it up
- Where a setting lives in the admin panel
- What a term means
- Why a deposit, withdrawal or verification request may have been rejected
What is CID in Brokerpilot and how does it differ from an account login?
Where do I configure trading groups and change the stop-out for a group?
Attach a screenshot, a PDF or a text file to a question and the assistant reads it. Conversations are saved, so after a page reload you can pick up where you left off.
Questions about your data
The assistant takes current data from the platform and answers about specific accounts, clients and the platform as a whole, within your access rights.
- Find an account by login, name, email or group
- Check balance, equity, margin and positions
- Trace related profiles and read the event history
- See exposure and session P&L
Show balance, equity, free margin and leverage for account 100234.
Is every trading server running normally right now?
Any result can also come as a file: ask for Excel, CSV or a text report.
What it can look at
Four areas of the platform, all through the same chat.
| Area | What you can ask about |
|---|---|
| Accounts | Find an account by login, name, email or group. Balance, equity, margin, leverage, open positions and pending orders. |
| History | Trades, deposits, withdrawals and bonuses. |
| Investigations | Related profiles by shared email, IP, CID, name or document. Staff comments, the event history of an account, and ready lists of suspicious and anomalous accounts. |
| Platform | Trading server status, risk exposure by instrument and currency, trading conditions and swaps, and the P&L of the current trading session split into A-book and B-book. |
What each person on the desk would ask
Prompts for dealers, risk managers, anti-fraud, back office, support and management. Logins, groups and amounts are fictional examples: swap in your own.
| Role | Situation | Example prompt |
|---|---|---|
| Dealer | Start of shift | Are all trading servers running? Show the current session P&L for A-book and B-book. |
| Dealer | Large position | Show all open XAUUSD positions larger than 10 lots. |
| Risk manager | Exposure | Show risk exposure by currency and the top 10 instruments by net position. |
| Risk manager | Anomalies | Show today's anomalous accounts and export them to Excel. |
| Anti-fraud and compliance | Links between accounts | Find related profiles for account 100234 by IP, CID and document. |
| Anti-fraud and compliance | Case file | Prepare a report on account 100234: related profiles, event history, comments, deposits and withdrawals. |
| Back office | Payments | Show all withdrawals in group real-usd-std for yesterday. |
| Back office | Bonuses | Which bonuses were credited to group promo-oct in October? Export to CSV. |
| Support | Client question | Why might a stop-out have triggered on account 100234? Show margin and today's trade history. |
| Support | How-to | Where in the admin is leverage changed for an account, and what rights are needed? |
| Management | Daily summary | Create a report for the current session: A-book / B-book P&L, exposure, server status, suspicious accounts. |
Make the question specific
A good prompt names the object, the period, the fields and the format. If you want a file, name the columns and the period in the prompt so you don't redo it.
| Instead of | Ask |
|---|---|
| What about the client? | Show balance, equity, open positions and withdrawals for the last week for account 100234. |
| Any suspicious accounts? | Show today's list of suspicious accounts with the reason each was flagged, and export it to CSV. |
| Tell me about swaps. | What are the swaps for XAUUSD and EURUSD in group real-usd-std? Show as a table. |
What it will not do
The limits are deliberate. They are what let a dealing desk rely on the answers.
- It reads, it never changes. Ask it to change a leverage or set a tag and it refuses, then points you to the section of the admin panel where that is done.
- It shows only your data. Each employee sees only their own set of data. If a question is outside your rights, the assistant says so.
- It says when the picture is incomplete. If some servers did not respond, the assistant tells you the data is partial and does not present it as complete.
- It does not guess. Documentation answers come with their source. No answer in the documentation means the assistant says so.
Check numbers before you pass them to a client or a regulator, and keep passwords and payment details out of prompts.
Questions
Can the assistant change anything in the platform?
No. It works in read-only mode. If you ask it to change a leverage or set a tag, it refuses and tells you which section of the admin panel does it.
Who can see which data through the assistant?
Data is shown within your access rights. Each employee sees only their own set of data, and if a question is outside your rights the assistant says so.
Can it answer questions about how Brokerpilot works?
Yes. In documentation mode it answers strictly from the official documentation and names the section the answer comes from. If the documentation has no answer, it says so instead of guessing.
Can I send it a screenshot or a file?
Yes. Attach a screenshot, a PDF or a text file to a question and the assistant reads the content, for example to explain an error or to compare a regulation with the documentation.
Are conversations saved?
Yes. After a page reload you can return to a conversation and continue. Files the assistant created can be downloaded again from the conversation history.
