Trigger notifications in Brokerpilot are intended to catch the dealer’s eye. The dealer must process them as they appear. The perfect scenario would be that there are no notifications. Everything has been dealt with, everything is calm and quiet in dealing.
As soon as a threat emerges, Brokerpilot blooms with notifications and from them the dealer will be able to determine the nature of the danger and take measures to eliminate it.
To aid in analysis and processing, the user can adjust the intensity of notifications. So when configuring each trigger, you can set the priority of its danger. There are three priorities in Brokerpilot — low, medium and critical. Each corresponds to a particular sound signal and color scheme:
- Green — pay attention
- Yellow — potentially serious danger
- Red — take action immediately.
In this manner, the user can determine the level of disturbance from notifications. And if suddenly an unforeseen threat occurs with numerous notifications, process them according to priority. Critical notifications require immediate attention, others can wait a little while.
